Crazy?

I may be repeating what I’ve said in another reflection, but I believe that the Lord expects his followers to be crazy. We need to love our enemies. We need to give our time, talent, and treasure to those in need. We need to forgive those who hurt us. We need to reconcile with those who offend us. And all this in a spirit of humble Love. This seems like a concise definition of being crazy! At the same time the Lord does not want or expect us to be stupid. We are to take care of our families, our countries, and the world. We are to grow in wisdom to make good decisions and avoid doing harm to ourselves and our neighbors. In a nutshell, we are to be crazy for the Lord and at the same time not be stupid.
